Due to the digital nature of the products available in our shop, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Invoice Requests
To request an invoice, please email info@hotchocolateteachables.com within 5 days of your purchase. Be sure to include the following information:
Your full name
Billing address
Any applicable tax identification details required for invoicing in your country
We’ll process your invoice promptly and provide it via email.
